Operation and management of the fund
10. Operation and arrangement of the fund
(1) According to this regulation, the amount to be deposited in the fund shall be deposited in any commercial bank designated by the committee.
(2) The management of the account opened in accordance with sub-rule (1) shall be as prescribed by the committee.
